AINT Foundation CIC — Pricing & Session Policies

At AINT Foundation CIC, we believe emotional support should be accessible, humane, and free from judgement. Our pricing is designed to remain affordable while ensuring the sustainability of our community services. All private therapy income is reinvested directly into the CIC to fund low‑cost and free support for those who need it most.

Community Therapy Sessions
Our Community Therapy pathway offers gentle, relational support for adults, couples, and families who may not be able to access private therapy.

Community Session Cost
£20 per session or free
We keep this cost low to ensure community support remains open and accessible to as many people as possible.

Missed Sessions — Community Therapy
There is no financial charge if you miss a community session.
However, because spaces are limited and consistency is important for emotional safety:
•     Repeated non‑attendance may result in your space being offered to someone else who needs support.
This helps us maintain fairness and protect the wellbeing of the group.

Private Therapy (AINT Model)
Our private therapy pathway offers specialist, trauma‑responsive support using the award‑winning AINT Model, designed to create safety, autonomy, and non‑judgment from the very first moment.

Individual Therapy
£70 per 50‑minute session                                                                                                                 Specialist trauma‑responsive support tailored to your emotional needs and pace.                     

Couples Therapy
£85 per 60‑minute session                                                                                                                         Relational work grounded in attunement, sensory safety, and non‑judgment.

Private Group Therapy
£25 per person, per session                                                                                                                   Small, focused therapeutic groups offering shared support and guided emotional work.

SOS / Immediate Support Session
£80 per 50‑minute session
Urgent emotional stabilisation for moments of crisis, overwhelm, or acute distress.

Children & Young People — Hypnotherapy Only
We do not offer counselling for children.
We provide specialist hypnotherapy for children and young people.
Children’s Hypnotherapy
£65 per 50‑minute session
A calm, sensory‑aware approach supporting confidence, anxiety reduction, sleep, and emotional regulation.

Missed Sessions — Private Therapy
We understand that life happens. To keep sessions running smoothly and ensure availability for others:
•     No fee is charged with 24 hours’ notice
•     Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session rate
•     Repeated last‑minute cancellations may affect future bookings, as consistency is important for therapeutic progress
This policy helps us maintain fairness, reliability, and emotional safety for all clients.

Payment Information
•     Payment is made 48 hours before your session
•     We accept bank transfer and secure online payment
•     Invoices or receipts are available upon request
•     Concession rates may be considered depending on individual circumstances
•     For ongoing therapy, you may choose to pay weekly or monthly
•     SOS sessions must be paid at the time of booking due to their urgent nature
